I do not accept returns because each reborn has been handcrafted one of a kind.
All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Please make sure you want this little bundle of joy prior to purchasing. I will not cancel an order because you changed your mind.
I try to take the most representative non-altered photographs to accurately represent each reborn. A video is also available for new listings as well as an album filled with additional pictures.
For cancelled transactions, accidental orders, and approved refunds I will not be able to refund the Paypal Fees, transaction fees, or shipping. Unfortunately I was unaware that Paypal no longer refunds the fees or transaction fees and I cannot absorb the cost in these rare circumstances.
